Technology can sometimes feel confusing or worrying. If you’d like a hand getting to grips with your computer, phone, or tablet, one of our friendly IT volunteers can help.
All visits take place in your home, so you can learn at your own pace and with your own device. We’ll help you solve problems, answer your questions, and build your confidence using technology.

- ♦ Interested in taking, sharing, or storing digital photos?
- ♦ Wondering how to stream films, music, or TV shows?
- ♦ Need help downloading and using apps?
- ♦ Want to use online maps or transport apps?
All support is provided by our volunteer IT helpers. We make a charge of £20 per visit to help us cover our administrative costs and keep this valuable service running. If any additional equipment, cables, or materials are needed, these will need to be paid for by the client.
